Processing & Dispatch Time

Online paid orders require no verification and are shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation (except Sundays and government holidays).

Tracking Information

Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure on-time deliveries, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or courier-related issues. Levelty Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, additional charges may apply for redelivery.

Return & Refund Policy

At Levelty Apparels, we take pride in the quality of our sports apparel. Every jersey, shirt, and fan kit is carefully checked and packed by trained staff before it leaves our warehouse. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy and fair return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

• If you are not satisfied with the quality, color, or fit of the product.
• If you receive the wrong item.
• If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for all return and exchange requests. This helps us verify product condition and ensures your claim is processed smoothly.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed in the following cases:

• Wrong item delivered
• Damaged product received
• Size issues

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Process

1. Contact our support team through the Contact Us page or email us at support@leveltyapparels.com with your order number, unboxing video, and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to our warehouse.
4. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping charges and return postage are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If the return is due to a wrong or defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or the wrong item. Items returned without prior approval or without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Online paid orders may be canceled within 3 hours of purchase. Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Final Decision

All returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to inspection by our quality control team. Levelty Apparels reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes.
